Lime and Tequila Baste

Comments: Makes approximately l cup.
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice (4 limes)
2 tablespoons tequila
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon TABASCO Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
l/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gradually add olive oil and stir after each addition.
Use as marinade for fish and shellfish. Drizzle over grilled fish before serving.
